On everyone's lips worldwide: the famous Bavarian specialty based on the Munich recipe! The white sausage from Zimmermann is made from high quality meat, fresh parsley and other best ingredients. It is seasoned according to traditional recipe by experienced master butchers and gently processed in state-of-the-art facilities. The original Bavarian delicacy tastes delicate and digestible and is harmoniously rounded off with lemon. Even prince regent Luitpold appreciated the specialty and appointed the Thannhausen butcher in 1906 to the royal Bavarian court purveyors.
Preparation:
- Open the box
- White sausages with broth in a pot
- fill with water and bring to a boil
- Remove the pan from the heat and let it stand for 10-12 minutes
For gourmets: add some lober leaf and a lemon zest into the broth.
