Diamant Spelt Flour Type 630 is made from valuable spelt. The spelt grain is enclosed in a husk that protects it from all kinds of harmful environmental influences. It is removed before gentle milling. This flour has very good baking properties and can be processed in the same way as type 405 wheat flour. The doughs are generally softer than conventional doughs with wheat flours. Simply replace the amount of wheat flour specified in the recipe with the spelt flour. Diamant spelt flour type 630 gives all baked goods a light, nutty aroma. It is suitable for all baking applications.
