We offer fast shipping for normal and chilled products as delivery options.

Shipping costs are based on weight and will be displayed in the checkout process. We ship our packages with DHL Express and FedEx. After ordering, all customers receive an order confirmation with the exact delivery date. (NOTE: please check your SPAM folder for emails from us).

The packages leave our warehouse every day from Monday to Friday. Once the shipment has been shipped, an email will be sent with the tracking ID and tracking link. At the same time, you will receive a notification from DHL or FedEx by email or SMS (if you have handed over your mobil no. to us).

With DHL Versand, you can tell DHL whether you can be reached on the day of delivery or not. On the day of delivery you will receive another information. You can then choose between different options (neighbor, drop-off permit, service point, other day or time) and give DHL feedback online. Simple and convenient.

Shipping costs

·         Fixed shipping prices up to 10kg, up to 20kg, up to 30kg

·         Orders > 30kg are also possible

·         All customs duties and taxes incurred in the country of import are covered by us for deliveries to end customers. You wouldn't have to pay any additional costs

·         The total weight display in the shopping cart gives you the opportunity to get the most out of your purchase

Additional costs for packaging

For chilled products, we have to resort to special packaging. For these products, we only offer the "Cooled shipping" delivery option, where the packaging costs are included.

For temperature-sensitive products such as chocolate in the summer months of June to August, you should book the delivery option directly, as we do not guarantee melted products without "cooled shipping".
