Preparationin the pot:Add salt, 1 teaspoon sugar and 1 tbsp butter to a large enough pot of water. Bring the water to a boil. The asparagus now on low heat, depending on the thickness of the rods for about 12-15 minutes.in the oven:Preheat the oven to 200 degrees (convection 180 degrees). Place asparagus in a casserole dish. Sprinkle with sugar, salt and pepper and then cover the asparagus with thin pieces of butter and drizzle with a little wine. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and cook on the middle rack in the oven for about 60 minutes. The advantage, all vitamins do not conceal in asparagus water.
