Right of Withdrawal
You can withdraw your contract declaration in text form (e.g., letter, fax, or e-mail) within 14 days, without giving reasons, or, if the item was relinquished to you before the deadline expired, by returning the item. The time limit begins to run as soon as the recipient receives these instructions in text form, but not before they receive the goods (or, if similar goods are delivered repeatedly, not before the receipt of the first partial delivery) and not before our obligations to inform are fulfilled in accordance with Article 246 § 2 in conjunction with § 1 (1 and 2) EGBGB (Introductory Act to the German Civil Code) and not before our obligations according to § 312g (1) sentence 1 BGB (German Civil Code) in conjunction with Article 246 § 3 of the EGBGB are fulfilled. The withdrawal deadline is deemed met if the notice of withdrawal or the item is sent on time.

Consequences of withdrawal
In the event of an effective withdrawal, the services received on both sides, and any benefits derived therefrom (e.g., interest), must be returned. If you cannot surrender or return the services and benefits (e.g., advantages of use) completely, at all, or only in a worsened state, you must compensate us for their value. You must compensate us for the deterioration of the item and for the use you made of it only if the use or deterioration occurred because you handled the item in a way that went beyond the bounds of inspecting its qualities and functionality. “Inspecting qualities and functionality” means testing and trying out the goods in question in a way that would be possible and typical in a retail business. Items that are consignable as a parcel post are shipped at our risk. You must bear the regular costs for return shipping if the delivered goods match the goods ordered and if the price of the item to be returned does not exceed EUR 75.00, or, if the item costs more that this amount, if you have not yet rendered any consideration or contractually agreed partial payment at the time of withdrawal. Otherwise, return shipping is free. You must pick up items that are not consignable as a parcel post. Obligations to reimburse payments must be complied with within 30 days. The time limit begins for you as soon as you send your notice of withdrawal or the item; for us, it begins on their receipt.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not exist for contracts
- for the delivery of goods that are produced according to customer specifications, or that are unambiguously tailored to personal needs, or whose qualities makes them unsuitable for return shipping, or which could spoil quickly, or whose expiration date has already passed,
- for the delivery of vouchers
