Aromatic almonds of exquisite quality are the most important raw material for Niederegger marzipan. Kissed by the sun, our almonds have their characteristic sweet and nutty taste.
For generations, the almond paste obtained has been heated over an open fire in roasting kettles. In this way, the unique aroma unfolds, for which our marzipan is world-famous.
