Pfanni fried potatoes : The hearty pancakes of Pfanni are ready-cut and seasoned fried potatoes made from 100% German blanched potatoes. For quick preparation, the potato slices only have to be roasted ready in hot oil.
Cooking Guide:
Fry in the pan - fry with less fat or oil than when frying: 1.) tear the bag at the side mark and loosen the contents by gently kneading. 2.) Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a non-stick pan. Evenly distribute potatoes in the pan. Cook over medium heat for 4-5 minutes without turning.3) Turn potatoes over and fry for another 4-5 minutes until golden brown.Tip: Do not turn too early.
